RVK Mobilya Dekorasyon is a manufacturing partner for kitchen showrooms, Küchenstudios and cuisinistes in Europe: you design, sell and install; we manufacture to your drawings in Turkey and deliver numbered and palletised by road to your showroom or the site. You remain your customer's contact; proformas, packing labels and documents are issued to your company, and your end customer does not see our name. Prices EXW Istanbul, duty-free into the EU with A.TR, 4-7 days transit to Europe. We do not offer design or drawing services. Where does the margin come from?

Turkey is among the G20 countries with a clear competitive advantage in furniture (Üçüncü and Bayram, 2026). For a showroom this means: the gap between what you pay your local manufacturer for the same lacquered kitchen and our EXW price, after freight and VAT, is your additional margin. For real numbers, one customer project is enough for us to quote; our published bands: custom lacquered or veneered kitchens from about 500 USD per m² of cabinet face, flat-pack melamine from 155 USD per m², flat-pack MDF and lacquer 200-430 USD per linear metre. A study of companies bringing manufacturing back from the Far East lists the reasons for nearshoring as quality, flexibility, lead time and total cost (Fratocchi et al., 2014). For a European showroom, Turkey is the nearest manufacturing country that delivers all four at once: 4-7 days transit, duty-free entry, small batches, made to measure.

How to choose your manufacturer

The classic study on supplier selection ranks the criteria purchasing managers care about most as quality, delivery, past performance and warranty; price comes sixth (Dickson, 1966). Ask a Turkish manufacturer about:

• Board class and certificate (E1; in the EU a formaldehyde limit of 0.062 mg/m³ for furniture from 6 August 2026, Regulation (EU) 2023/1464). Wood-based panels are among the main sources of indoor formaldehyde (Salthammer, Mentese and Marutzky, 2010).
• Edge banding, hinge and runner brand, door thickness, lacquer build-up; all of it should be on the proforma.
• Packing: corner protection, room and module numbers, ISPM 15 pallets, loading photos.
• Damage procedure: concealed transport damage reported in writing with photos within 7 days of delivery; remake time.
• Reference shipments: we have shipped full containers to the UK (London, 20 apartments; a villa in Bristol) and road deliveries across Europe.

How to test a first order

1. Send a real customer project. The plan and cabinet list from your planning software are enough; we quote line by line within 1-2 working days and you compare with your local manufacturer.
2. Order a display kitchen. We do not supply samples, but a display kitchen is ordered at the normal price and shown to customers in your showroom. Finishes are fixed in writing by RAL or NCS code and veneer species.
3. Run the first customer order together. Dimension approval, photographed production, numbered delivery; your fitter installs.
4. Continuity. No minimum for a single kitchen; for regular orders we agree production slots and a fixed price list.

What we make

• Kitchens: lacquer (matt, satin, gloss), natural veneer, shaker, handleless gola, melamine, PVC foil
• Wardrobes and walk-in closets, bathroom vanities, interior doors, wall panelling
• Marble, quartz and porcelain worktops in the same shipment; for marble every slab is approved from a numbered photo

Payment and terms

• Prices EXW Istanbul; EUR, GBP or USD; no Turkish VAT. Duty-free into the EU with A.TR, zero industrial tariff into Switzerland, origin declaration for the UK. Import VAT is paid by the buyer and is deductible.
• Payment: 40% with the order, 60% before shipment, by bank transfer. No letters of credit.
• Quotation valid for 10 days. Production time starts after the deposit and dimension approval.
• We are VAT registered in France and the UK; DDP price on request.

Palletised loading: by road to Europe in 4-7 days.
