Short answer. RVK Mobilya Dekorasyon is a custom furniture manufacturer and exporter based in Bakırköy, Istanbul, Turkey. For hotels, villas, waterfront mansions, residences and housing projects we make made-to-measure kitchens, wooden interior doors, hotel room furniture (FF&E), wall panelling and boiserie, fitted wardrobes and dressing rooms, bathroom vanity units and architectural joinery, and we supply marble and porcelain slabs for the same project. Production takes place in our partner facilities in Turkey under RVK's management and quality control, to your or your architect's drawings. The company is owned by Volkan Kıyan and is a family business continuing three generations of woodworking. So far we have delivered projects to 9 countries outside Turkey. Prices are EXW Istanbul; payment is 40% with the order and 60% before shipment; 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

We make the four product groups on one proforma, in the same colour code and the same veneer batch, and ship them in one container. Prices, lead times and specifications for each group are on its own page.

HOW WE WORK

From your drawings to the container

Every part is checked for dimensions and finish before shipment.

  • Production: in our partner production facilities in Turkey, under RVK's management and quality control. Quotation, production follow-up, packaging and export documents are handled by RVK; the invoice and the certificate of origin are issued in the name of RVK Mobilya Dekorasyon.
  • Drawings: production follows the dimensioned drawings, elevations and quantities from you or your architect. We do not offer a drawing service; we put your drawings into production. Dimensions, RAL / NCS codes and veneer type are confirmed in writing before production.
  • Quotation: an itemised proforma within 1-2 working days of receiving drawings and quantities, valid for 10 days. For detailed projects a technical review fee applies and is fully credited against the order.
  • Payment: 40% with the order, 60% before shipment, by bank transfer (EUR, USD, GBP or TRY). We do not work with letters of credit.
  • Delivery: installed delivery in Turkey. For export, EXW Istanbul (Incoterms 2020); modules travel flat-packed, numbered and labelled by room or apartment, on ISPM 15 stamped pallets or in crates; a door-to-door (DDP) freight quote on request. Your local team installs with the assembly guide and installation video.
  • Follow-up and warranty: we share the production stages in photos and videos; 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Visits: factory visits are not part of our programme. To discuss your project we can meet at our office in Bakırköy, Istanbul, by appointment.

WHO WE WORK WITH

Architects, contractors, hotel investors, importers and homeowners

Architects and interior designers come to us to place all the joinery of a project with one manufacturer; contractors and developers to repeat the same module across 20 to 500 apartments; hotel investors to bring the room package, corridor panelling and lobby joinery onto one proforma; importers and wholesalers for container-based supply to the UK, Europe and the Gulf; and homeowners to have the kitchen, doors and wardrobes of a single villa or apartment made together. There is no minimum order for a single villa; overseas orders are combined to fill at least one 20' container.

WHERE WE HAVE DELIVERED

Projects delivered from Mauritius to London, from Erbil to Bahrain

We ship to Europe by truck in 4-7 days and overseas in 20' or 40' containers. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, A.TR or EUR.1 and certificate of origin; RVK is UK VAT registered.

Why a manufacturer in Turkey? Turkey is among the G20 countries with a clear competitive advantage in furniture (Üçüncü and Bayram, 2026). The sector's export performance is sensitive to the exchange rate (Çayır and Ersen, 2025), which is why we quote in USD, EUR or GBP on a proforma valid for 10 days. About half of the decision on customised furniture is explained by price and a fifth by delivery time (Lihra, Buehlmann and Graf, 2012); that is why price and lead time are written openly on every page.
