Short answer. RVK Mobilya Dekorasyon manufactures custom kitchens, fitted wardrobes and walk-in closets, interior doors, TV units, bathroom vanities and fitted furniture in Turkey for homes, houses, residential buildings and hotels in Bulgaria, and delivers them by road. Production follows your drawings or your architect's. Furniture arrives flat-pack (dowel + minifix connections) or with assembled carcasses, numbered and palletised. Installation in Bulgaria is done by your local fitter using our assembly guide and video. Production management and quality control are carried out in Istanbul, Türkiye.

Why a kitchen from Turkey
Bulgaria is the closest EU market for Turkish manufacturers: shipments travel by road through the Kapitan Andreevo border crossing. Turkey is among the G20 countries with a clear competitive advantage in furniture (Üçüncü and Bayram, 2026). In a study of buyers of customised furniture, price explained about half of the decision and delivery time about one fifth (Lihra, Buehlmann and Graf, 2012). That is why our quotation shows price, lead time and, on request, freight on the same page.

Duty, VAT and documents
- Duty: the EU and Turkey form a customs union. Furniture in free circulation, accompanied by an A.TR movement certificate, enters Bulgaria free of customs duty. Since July 2024 EU member states also accept electronically issued A.TR certificates.
- VAT: Bulgarian VAT of 20% is charged at import on the value of the goods plus transport. VAT-registered businesses can deduct it as input VAT.
- Currency: Bulgaria joined the euro area on 1 January 2026; our quotations are in euro.
- Documents: commercial invoice, packing list per case and A.TR. Our export prices exclude Turkish VAT.
- Customs clearance: handled by your customs agent; confirm the exact costs with them.

For scale: a 3 m run of base and wall units is about 4.5-5 m² of door face; a complete kitchen is usually 12-25 m². Worktop, sink, built-in appliances, LED lighting and freight are separate lines in the quotation. Only a dated proforma invoice is binding.
Lead times, payment and delivery
- Quotation: within 1-2 working days of receiving your drawing, valid for 10 days.
- Payment: 40% with the order, 60% before shipment, by bank transfer. We do not work with letters of credit.
- Production: about 45 working days for lacquered MDF and veneer; shorter for melamine. Time starts after the deposit and dimension approval.
- Transport: by road to Bulgaria, usually under one week. Guide figures from our 2026 quotations: about 700-1,200 EUR for a single order and about 1,950 EUR for a full 20-foot container to site. The exact price is given in the quotation.

Flat-pack or assembled carcasses, installation
- Flat-pack (dowel + minifix): lowest volume and cheaper freight; suited to residential buildings and larger volumes.
- Assembled carcasses: fronts are packed separately and only need hanging and adjusting on site; suited to a single house or apartment.
- Hardware: Samet soft-close (2-year warranty) or Blum on request.
- Every case is numbered by room and module; we send an assembly guide and video. Installation is done by your local fitter.
- Packing: ISPM 15 marked pallets and crates, loading photographed. Concealed transport damage is reported in writing with photos within 7 days of delivery.
- Warranty: 24 months against manufacturing defects.
Formaldehyde and board quality
Wood-based panels are among the main sources of indoor formaldehyde (Salthammer, Mentese and Marutzky, 2010). Since 6 August 2026 the EU applies a limit of 0.062 mg/m³ to furniture (Regulation (EU) 2023/1464). We use E1 class boards and state the board in the quotation.

Can I order a single kitchen?
Yes. There is no minimum quantity for a single custom kitchen.
Do you install in Bulgaria?
No. Modules arrive numbered, with an assembly guide and video, and are installed by your local fitter.
Do you prepare drawings?
No. We manufacture from your drawings or your architect's.
Do I pay customs duty?
With an A.TR certificate no customs duty is due. Bulgarian import VAT of 20% applies.
How long does it take overall?
About 45 working days of production for lacquered MDF and veneer, less for melamine, plus under one week of transport.
