Wooden room doors for Kosovo, palletised and loaded onto a truck

Shipping doors by road

In markets reached by road, such as Kosovo, doors travel on pallets. Points to watch with this method:

  • Door leaves are secured to the pallet with corner protectors and stretch film.
  • Frames and architraves are loaded on the same pallet as the leaves or on separate, marked pallets.
  • The loading list is matched to apartment and door numbers.
