We review your request and prepare a proforma invoice covering the product, quantity and delivery terms, then send it to you.

Before production begins, a deposit is paid to the bank account specified on the proforma invoice. For your security, bank details are shared only through the proforma invoice, directly with you.

Your order is manufactured to the specification provided. Every piece is checked for measurement and surface quality before it ships.

All documentation required for customs (examples available on our Certifications & Documents page) is prepared, and shipping is arranged through our trusted logistics partners.

The remaining balance is settled either before shipment or according to the terms set out in the proforma invoice, and your order is delivered.
