We set out to be the best custom kitchen and marble supplier in Turkey: production to your drawings, lacquer or natural veneer, soft-close hardware (Blum on request), every marble slab approved from a numbered photo. Prices EXW Istanbul: custom lacquered or veneered kitchens from about 500 USD per m² of cabinet face, marble slabs 195-650 USD per m². Lead time about 45 working days. What sets the price: door type and lacquer build-up, hardware, the number of tall units and drawers, and for marble the stone, selection grade and book-matching. Quality you can check, not just a promise

• E1 boards with certificate; wood-based panels are among the main sources of indoor formaldehyde, so board class is the first thing to ask any manufacturer (Salthammer, Mentese and Marutzky, 2010).
• Lacquer: polyurethane primer and top coats, colour fixed in writing by RAL or NCS code; veneer by species with leaf selection approved from photos.
• Hardware: Samet soft-close hinges and runners with a 2-year warranty; Blum on request.
• Marble: slab selection by photo and live video; accredited laboratory reports (density, water absorption, flexural and abrasion strength) are available for some of our stones. Research on Western Anatolian marbles shows that porosity and water absorption are the values that decide a stone's long-term durability (Yavuz and Topal, 2007).
• 24-month manufacturing warranty. Parts damaged in transit are remade; concealed damage is reported in writing with photos within 7 days of delivery.

How it works, from drawing to container

1. Drawing. You or your architect send a dimensioned plan with door type, colour and hardware. We do not offer design or drawing services; we manufacture to your drawing.
2. Quotation. Within 1-2 working days an itemised proforma EXW Istanbul; FOB or CIF Haifa or Ashdod price on request.
3. Approval and payment. 40% with the order by bank transfer, dimensions and colours approved in writing. Lead time starts after both.
4. Production. About 45 working days for lacquer and veneer, less for melamine; photos from production stages. Marble is selected and approved slab by slab.
5. Packing. Every cabinet numbered by room and unit, corner protection, ISPM 15 pallets; marble in wooden crates or on A-frames. Loading photos on the day of shipment.
6. Shipping. 60% before shipment. Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading are sent to you. Installation in Israel by your fitter with the assembly guide and video; we do not install outside Turkey.

Duty, VAT and documents in Israel

• Duty: under the Turkey-Israel free trade agreement, furniture and stone of Turkish origin are duty-free with a certificate of origin (EUR.1 or origin declaration on the invoice).
• Import VAT: 18% on the value of the goods plus freight and insurance; a registered business recovers it as input tax.
• Documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading. Product-specific standard requirements are verified by your importer or customs broker before ordering.
• Minimum: none for a single kitchen; for sea freight it pays to combine kitchen, wardrobes and marble in one container. A 20ft container carries about 300-350 m² of 2 cm marble slabs, or a complete villa kitchen with walk-in closets and doors.

Frequently asked questions

Do you design the kitchen?

No. Design and drawings are your architect's or studio's; we manufacture to the drawing.

Are there samples?

We do not send samples. Colour is fixed in writing by RAL or NCS code, and marble is selected from numbered photos and live video.

Do you install in Israel?

No. Cabinets arrive numbered with an assembly guide and video, and your fitter installs.

Can I order marble only?

Yes. The preferred minimum for marble alone is one 20ft container; smaller quantities as LCL on request.

Payment terms?

40% with the order, 60% before shipment, by bank transfer in USD, EUR or GBP. No letters of credit.
