Production follows your drawings or your designer's. For projects in Turkey we deliver and install. To North Cyprus furniture ships by sea flat-pack (dowel + minifix connections) or with assembled carcasses, numbered and palletised; installation there is optional at a separate price. Production management and quality control are carried out in Istanbul, Türkiye.

Why this market is growing
According to TurkStat data, Russian citizens have been the largest group of foreign home buyers in Turkey for four years in a row, and Alanya is their most popular district. A survey of 418 migrants in Antalya showed that the city has become one of the main destinations for Russian-speaking residents (Özgür et al., 2014). A newly bought home almost always needs furnishing: kitchen, wardrobes, doors. This is where made-to-measure furniture beats ready-made: niches, columns and irregular walls are fully used.

The coastal climate: humidity and closed apartments
The USDA Forest Products Laboratory recommends installing woodwork at about 8% moisture content in most regions and about 11% in damp, warm coastal areas (Bergman, 2021). Antalya, Alanya and Cyprus fall into the second group. That is why we use moisture-resistant board under the sink and in bathrooms, seal every edge, and for apartments left closed for half the year we recommend light ventilation or a dehumidifier.
Wood-based panels are among the main sources of indoor formaldehyde (Salthammer, Mentese and Marutzky, 2010). We use E1 class boards and state the board in the quotation.

For scale: a 3 m run of base and wall units is about 4.5-5 m² of door face; a complete kitchen is usually 12-25 m². For projects in Turkey, delivery and installation are added to the quotation. For rental apartments melamine is the most practical choice: it resists scratches and stains. Only a dated proforma invoice is binding.
In a study of buyers of customised furniture, price explained about half of the decision and delivery time about one fifth (Lihra, Buehlmann and Graf, 2012). That is why our quotation shows price, lead time and delivery on the same page.
Lead times, payment, warranty
- Quotation: within 1-2 working days of receiving your drawing, valid for 10 days.
- Payment: 40% with the order, 60% before shipment, by bank transfer from a Turkish account or an account at a bank in the EU, the UK or the UAE; in lira, euro or dollars. We do not use letters of credit.
- Production: about 45 working days for lacquer and veneer; faster for melamine. Time starts after the deposit and dimension approval.
- Hardware: Samet soft-close (2-year warranty) or Blum on request.
- Warranty: 24 months against manufacturing defects.
- Concealed transport damage is reported in writing with photos within 7 days of delivery.
